- Improve the parameter of soil carrying capacity (base and sub-base
- substitution as well as stabilization of base soil of the road
- The road is not muddied and slippery in wet season as well as not dusty in dry season
- The road can be passed through in the fourth day (curing time is 4-14 days), depends on the type of soil and the weather.
- After curing time is achieved, the more frequently it is submerged by water, the stronger and harder it is.
- Not brittle, because it can utilize the air and water degree optimally (developed in Indonesia), other soil stabilizer materials are commonly developed in sub-tropic area.
- Reduce soil permeability so it can be used as water resistance surface (substitution of geo-synthetic and concrete)
- Maximize other stabilizer materials’ functions, such as Portland cement and cement mortar
- Minimize settlement because the elasticity of modulus (E) of Matos® is between E soil and E concrete
- Reduce water capillarity in the construction of road.
